接合材料の熱変形に対する動的ESPIとヒルベルト変換法による位相解析

This paper presents dynamic ESPI system for studying thermal expansion of joint material. For the quantitative analysis of the interference signal we propose a Hilbert Transform method. The data processing is performed in temporal domain, considering the temporal history of the interference signal at each pixel. The method enables a fully automatic processing. The final results give a temporal development of two-dimensional deformation field. The dynamic range of measurements is increased from several tens of nanometers to several micrometers, which makes the method very attractive for dynamic measurement.
