Enhancement and control of the switched phase-conjugate reflectivity of four-wave mixing in a BaTiO3 crystal

Switched phase-conjugate reflectivity of four-wave mixing can be increased by some factors of magnitude over the initial value by using a suitable pulsed reading beam in an undoped BaTiO3 crystal.
